This statue of a lady has stood in the window of this house on Jefferson Street in Lexington for years. In 1992 a friend and I were walking down the street at night and the sight of this pale figure peering down nearly frightened us out of our skins for several moments, before we realized we were seeing a statue.
What does it mean? We have no idea, but it sure is creepy.
