Dedicated in August 1991, the Louisville Windchime Gateway is a little-known public art installation. The enormous aluminum-and-steel set of wind chimes can be found on 7th Street, between Main and Market.
Not sure how the stuffed toy duck, or whatever it is, became attached to it.
